Please share details about your event. For instance: number of attendees, type of event, how long, budget considerations, do you have a space to hold the event, etc.
From there, we’ll talk more about co-creating your ideal session and we will customize to your group’s needs & interests.
Booking Space
If you already have a space to host your sound event, that’s great! In the form below, please let me know any specific details, name, location, size, etc.
If not, let me know - I have connections with a number of Tulsa-area spaces that cater to small and medium-size groups.
And if you have a small group of 5 or less, I can accommodate you in my small sound studio.
My Team
Depending on the # of people expected at your event, I may bring 1 or 2 of my sound team to ensure a fully immersive sound experience for your group.
We can discuss this once I’ve received your form and have a better idea of what you’re envisioning.
Budget Planning
Due to the planning, moving/setup of equipment, and compensation for my sound team, for most custom sound events, I offer the following as a starting point base rate for discussion:
$125 travel/set up fee within Tulsa.
$275 for a 60-min sound bath (for up to 10 attendees)
